Here at I.S.C. we do all that we can to make the payments process as easy and care-free as possible.

This page should be used as a guide as to what to expect in order to complete your bookings with I.S.C. so that you can enjoy your travels with peace of mind.

One thing to keep in mind is that this guide is to be used as a general rule of thumb. Some countries may have completely different reservation laws, taxes, and procedures, so additional charges may apply in some circumstances. In the event of additional charges, you will be notified by I.S.C. prior to booking your Accommodation.

Payment and Reservation Process

Step 1. Make a reservation to speak with one of our travel experts by filling out the form on our Plan a Trip page.

Step 2. Check your email within 2-3 business days for a full list of accommodation, itinerary, and activity options.
​
Step 3. Make selections. (The sooner you make your selections, the more likely that they will still be available. Vacation rentals go fast!)
​
Step 4. Check email within 2-3 business days for an invoice.
(In order to hold a reservation, at least 50% of full invoice must be paid, with the remaining 50% paid no later than 10 days prior to the time of booking. See Guest Accommodation Agreement.)

Step 5. Receive revised itinerary and reservation details.

Step 6. Get on a plane, and enjoy your trip!
